Manning is considered a pioneer by his peers in website strategy, design and Internet commerce. He has successfully parlayed his longevity and creativity into one the most respected digital boutiques in the country. He really does come from the "outside world", as he began his career with stalwart Hewlett Packard, where he designed websites for HP's internal functions. He has sold several of his ground-up companies to high profile companies such as Koopman Ostbo in Portland, OR, as well as running the digital services arm of the CMD Agency as VP of Technology, developing projects for Fortune 50 companies. Manning not only designs the websites, he is a seasoned and sought after videographer and still photographer. While running his last two ventures, Idea Den and FanTorrent he acquired many high profile clients and merged with Bigger Picture Group in 2010.  

In addition to being a Partner in BPG and the Director of Idea Den, Dale continues to focus his efforts on his lovely wife, Jennifer, of 20+ years....his lovely 3 daughters and his precocious six Shiba Inu dogs...yep...6.
